Welcome to The Phoenix Fitness Guide

Welcome to the inaugural post of the Phoenix Fitness Guide. I have to tell you that this blog is a work in progress. Ultimately, there will be a printed form to give to hotel concierge, travel bureau etc. I like to know what studios I could recommend to clients when they need something other than Pilates and I like to meet people who share these things.
